Andrew Healy, Partner

Andrew Healy qualified as a solicitor in 1969 and entered into partnership with the founding partner Michael Beatty in 1973. A solicitor with considerable experience over many years in a range of matters including commercial law, property law, wills and trusts and European law, he has a particular specialisation in judicial review in the High Court, notably in adoption law. He has also taken high profile ground breaking cases to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg which have created legal precedent.

Ivan Healy, Managing Partner

Ivan Healy read French at Trinity College, Dublin and graduated in 1993. Following experience working as a lawyer in the United States and Directorate General VII (Transport, Maritime Safety) in the European Commission, Bruxelles, he qualified as a solicitor in 1998. He deals with general private client practice but also places particular emphasis on corporate, commercial and property law. Holding the Diplome de Francais Juridique with the Paris Chamber of Commerce, he is a solicitor recommended by the French Embassy in Ireland for francophone clients requiring legal advice in Ireland.
